The Bowery Nolita is located on East 3rd Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues. With its serene all-white interior accentuated with chrome and reflective decor, the suite serves as a stark contrast to the busy Bowery and Nolita neighborhoods around it. While painted to match its adjoining walls, the exposed bricks nonetheless remind us of the heritage behind this location.

This condo marks a major step in MS&Co.’s design achievements as we transformed a one-bedroom unit into a two-bedroom while still supplying a spacious atmosphere. This masterpiece of a living space came together through simple and meticulous planning, and has featured in international magazines such as Urbis, along with CBNC’s “One Million Dollar Smack Down.”
