The making of the Bond
This is a conversion development from a two-family into a four-family rental building dedicated to furnished and serviced rentals.
A complicate construction process due to the landmark typology of the building, this one required a full gut renovation, including major excavation for landscaping the garden, and a redesign of the front space of the building to become ADA compliant. We included a common garden lounge and a facility room in the cellar for managing the furnished rentals.
